The Impact of Team Dynamics: Positive vs. Negative Colleagues in the Workplace

I’ve been working in an Industrial team at Bazaar for the last 6 months and, because of the synergy between our colleagues, I am thinking that having positive and like-minded people on a team can have a number of benefits for the team and the organization as a whole.

For example
1. Increased motivation and productivity.
2. Improved communication and collaboration.
3. Greater creativity and innovation, as team members are more likely to share new ideas and take risks.
4. Higher job satisfaction

but, at the very same time, I was also thinking about the same about having negative, and unlike-minded people can be a disaster for any team or any organization.

The effect will be exactly the opposite. For example

1. Toxic environment.
2. Decreased motivation and productivity.
3. No or little communication between team members.
4. No or little creativity and innovation.
5. Lower job satisfaction and higher employee turnover.
