When I started my career, I did not have a clear path or guidelines for succeeding in my role.

At that time, I felt that I needed someone who could be a counselor, guide, and motivator for my career in the tech industry.

I began my journey as a graphic designer and then slowly transitioned to a frontend engineer. I faced many challenges in my growth until I found two mentors at Careem, Ammar Rizvi and Mohammed Taha Ahmed.

They both shared information about their own career paths and provided guidance, motivation, and emotional support.

They helped me explore my career path, set goals, and identify resources.

We all need someone who believes in us, who believes in our skills and strengths.

I suggest everyone find a role model and mentor like them, and you will unlock the door to success.
